Christine received her Bachelor’s degree in Family, Child, and Consumer Sciences: Human Services Management in 2002 from LSU, as well as her Master’s degree in Social Work from LSU in 2007. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has worked for 17 years as a Bereavement Social Worker and Grief Counselor, helping many individuals and families in the greater Baton Rouge area. Christine has utilized a companioning grief model for both anticipatory grief and for loss following the death of a loved one. In addition to working with hospice patients and their families, she has guided many through the hard days, weeks, and months following death to suicide, sudden, tragic, and unexpected losses.
Christine finds great joy in helping meet her clients where they are and assists them as they work towards their desired goals. It is her hope to provide a safe place for clients to share any and all struggles they want to process. She enjoys working with people of all backgrounds, cultures, and faith beliefs.
Christine sees individuals and couples ages 18 and older for in-person sessions only, lasting 50 minutes in duration.

Personal Christine was born and raised in Louisiana, has been married for over 20 years, and has 5 children.

Additional Experience Christine has facilitated over 500 support groups, created grief support manuals and curriculum, volunteers for a Louisiana family camp for those with disabilities, volunteers for programs within the Louisiana prison system, and has personal experience as a foster/adoptive mom.
