My desire is to work alongside adults, couples, and families in all seasons and struggles of life. I passionately pursue creating a place for each person to feel safe, understood, and respected. I believe that each individual is uniquely created by God and has value and worth! I feel honored to have the privilege to hear each unique story and to sit with each person in the hurt. It is my hope that all who come to counseling will begin to find healing and start living a life that is in line with their values.

I was born and raised in Louisiana and graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology Sport Studies degree. I am currently a third-year graduate student working towards my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. I am not a Licensed Professional Counselor, however, I am an intern student pursuing a LPC.

My primary areas of focus:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Relationships
  • Marital/Pre-Marital Counseling
  • Career
  • Spirituality
  • Grief/loss
  • Trauma
  • Relapse Prevention

*Certified in Prepare Enrich Marital/Pre-Marital Training

On a more personal note:

For the majority of my life I have lived in Louisiana and I absolutely love it. I grew up playing

soccer and getting to play on the LSU Women’s Soccer Team. It was on this team that I felt the weight of life and the struggles my teammates faced. It was in this season of life that I decided to change my career path and pursue a counseling degree in order to better walk along side a hurting world. I met my husband as at LSU and we have been married for almost three years now. We love sharing meals with friends and we love all things outdoors.
